Homestead Health Direct Primary Care specializes in healthcare for the whole family that utilizes Lifestyle Medicine as the foundation for prevention, treatment and reversal of disease.  Homestead Health DPC is best suited to people who are interested in optimizing their health and take a self-reliant approach to wellness.

The membership program of Homestead Health DPC aims to give members affordable, personal, and quality health care, while providing them with the knowledge, skills and abilities to live a lifestyle of health.

Intensive Programs $2500

Intensive programs are the entry option for people with a significant current health challenge that is going to necessitate an extra level of service until the situation settles.

Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy for recovery from sleep apnea or addressing craniofacial growth. {}

Lifestyle Medicine or Functional Medicine – for a personalized, intensive intervention targeting a current and serious concern. {}

Bright Line Focus – for obesity or other destructive habits. {}

Other Intensives: Post hospital, chronic wound care, hospice and end of life support. {}

Single Visits – to decide if membership is right for you

$80 – Up to thirty minute, low complexity visit

$150 – 60-90 minute complex review of current health issues and options

Charitable care:

In addition to the free weekly Walk with a Doc health education and exercise program, Homestead Health DPC and Produce Ministry Team offer classes and events throughout the year that are low or no-cost opportunities to learn and improve health. Sign up to be informed of events. {}

When the full cost of a needed Intensive Program presents an excessive burden, application to PMT for a one-time grant of up to $1000 is available. {}
